1. Licence to use the tools

The tools are provided free of charge for personal and internal business use. You may use the results in your own documents and decisions. You may not resell the tools, wrap them in a paid product, scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others, or remove attribution.

2. Accuracy and no warranty

Calculations are estimates produced by published formulas and the assumptions stated on each page. Rates, tax rules, fees and insurance conditions change, and local rules vary widely. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from error. Always verify a result against your own documents, a lender or a professional before acting on it.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance or medical advice, and no adviser-client relationship is created. See the disclaimer for the detail.

4. Your inputs and your device

Calculations run in your browser. You are responsible for the device you use, for any third-party extensions installed on it, and for the accuracy of the figures you enter. If a shareable link is used, the values in that link are visible to anyone you send it to.

5. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, code and data compilations belong to Danfio and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Automated bulk copying of content is not permitted.

6. Third-party services

The site displays advertising and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience, not as endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danfio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from use of the site or reliance on a result.
